About Us
At IEP, we believe healing begins with humanity—and that every individual deserves a pathway toward hope and recovery. As a California-based owner and operator of healthcare facilities, our mission is clear: to inspire pathways that restore dignity, build connection, and create lasting change in behavioral health. We go beyond providing medical and behavioral care by supporting each person’s journey at every stage of post-acute and long-term care.
Our team is made up of professionals who have walked the halls of facilities, sat beside families during difficult conversations, led turnarounds with compassion, and built programs that open doors where others have closed them. Each person brings unique strengths, but all share a common purpose: to guide and inspire pathways in behavioral health by ensuring every resident receives care grounded in dignity, respect, and excellence.

Expert Operators
Operational staff expertise in all levels of care – CSU, PHF, MHRC, STP, unlocked residential care, enhanced board and care, SUD/dual diagnosis, neurobehavioral/Geri-psych, Forensic/Jail staffing and programming.
County Partnerships
Our relationship will be consistent from beginning to end, ensuring we stay accountable to both care needs and county goals. Additionally, through consistent tracking and reporting, we will be committed to the outcomes of our programming for every patient and our own staff development.

Therapeutic Program and Environments
Therapeutic Approaches
Staff are trained in and lead evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches.
Vocational Programming and Occupational Therapy
Each residential program offers prevocational education, along with opportunities for those we serve to maintain a sense of purpose and build independent life skills to re-enter the community.
Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program
Expert developed SUD programming specifically for mental health clientele
Community Integration
Community-based programming, preparing those we serve for success post-discharge
Contracted Partnership
Partner with organizations such as AA, NA, pet therapy, drum circle, Yoga, and others ensuring comprehensive programming.
Outside Space
Each program has an outdoor space utilized for recreational therapy as well as individual therapy.
