“I enjoy working in Inspire because it allows me to meet people from different walks of life and learn about their life experiences. Every resident in the facility is unique and has complex stories that have shaped who they are. Working here made me realized that medication is not the main solution. It takes creativity, patience, and collaboration from all the departments to figure out what is best for the resident and how to continuously improve their quality of life. Personally, I enjoy building rapport and trust with the residents. Getting to know them slowly over time and providing them a safe space to vent their negative emotions is a privilege. And I hope to continue meeting new people and getting to know them on a deeper level.”
